Try to push yourself through the middle set with great form, resting only if necessary. But push through all 6 exercises if you can and then rest between sets. ![]() For many of us, life gets hectic. Other than that there isn't much space needed to rip through this amazing total body workout. This ladder utilizes 4 basic movements that will hit all muscle groups in your body, and then we go directly into cardio. |
