Endurance Weekend Workout
​This weekend's workout is a great test of endurance. You won't be able to sprint through this set like a HIIT workout.  Instead, you need to push yourself and pace yourself to steadily expend all of your energy through the last movement.  But no Slacking!  The goal isn't to take it easy in order to get through it all, but rather give your all throughout the entire set. 

Do this set well, and you will be melting fat and toning your muscles!

Fat Burning, Weight Losing Weekend WorkoutWeekend Workout

​This workout will take you on a serious circuit dedicated to blasting fat!  Make sure to do the entire warm up to get you ready for the middle set.  Try to push yourself through the middle set with great form, resting only if necessary.  But push through all 6 exercises if you can and then rest between sets.
