Boot Camps Are Fun and Effective Ways To Stay Healthy...Outdoors!

Are you one of those people who are energized by a group?  Then our fit camps are the perfect solution for you!  Our unique beach fit camps provide a fun, efficient workout for men and women at any fitness level. 
Unlike other “bootcamps,” there is never any yelling in this stress-free, positive environment. You are encouraged to push yourself at your own level and every exercise can be adapted to suit your individual needs. The perfect way to kick off your day, the workouts vary each class to keep things fun and interesting. 
  • Effective Workouts- Burn fat, tone your muscles and spike your metabolism all day.
  • Heart Rate Monitoring- The only outdoor workout utilizing this technology!  You heart rate in live time on a screen, making sure you’re in the fat burning zone all workout!  You’ll also receive an email with your calories burned in your workout after each session to help track nutrition more effectively.
  • Fitness Tracking- Optional fitness testing to show you are getting results.
  • Nutrition Counseling/Meal Plans- Simplifying one of the most confusing, but important aspects of health.
  • Healthy Community- Because we know its more fun to do it with a group of like-minded people.
  • Coaching- Because we all need a little encouragement and guidance from time to time.

From cardio intervals to body weight exercises to ab work and plenty more, the workouts are designed to keep your heart rate up, burn fat, build muscle and tone your whole body. Under the scenic beach backdrop, you will meet like-minded people and get fit in a friendly group atmosphere. Our instructors provide support and nutrition advice through regular check-ins and a weekly newsletter that includes fitness tips and healthy recipes. Through positive coaching without intimidation we will help you increase your energy level while creating your ideal body.
