Fit Phases Beta Testing
Black Friday and Cyber Monday have both passed us by finally (I’m sure your credit card can use a rest at this point). But this year, instead of sending you sales on products or programs, I have decided to wait for Giving Tuesday, so I can GIVE you my new program.
I am so thankful that we have crossed paths at some point on our health & fitness journey, whether it was through one of my fit camps, private training, or virtually through my newsletter and online programs.
Therefore, I wanted to give you an opportunity to be a part of the beta testing for my brand new program, Fit Phases. This is a completely new spin on an old routine…the at home workouts. Instead of popping in a DVD and being on your own for the duration of your workouts and the program, Fit Phases creates an online community to help keep you motivated, accountable, and provide access to questions that come up along the way. Even though you may be working out at home, you will never be alone.
Using only your own bodyweight and bands (you will want to purchase 1-2 bands to start using in week 3), you will get in amazing shape over the course of the 4 phases! We start from the ground up and through the online community (in a private group) you’ll stay motivated and accountable the entire time by like-minded individuals. The online group also will have weekly livestream discussions, moderated by me, to cover varying topics, including cooking demos, proper exercise form, and general health Q&A sessions – all selected by you, and your community.
In Phase 1 (5 Weeks), the complete workout videos are easy to follow along, making it perfect for beginners, and the perfect opportunity to re-focus on form for those who have worked out before. We’ll focus on strengthening the hips, shoulders and core, while creating correct movement patterns and a strong base. This is the starting point for this whole program, to ensure your body is stable and strong enough to complete the remaining phases and the increasing intensity, while preventing injuries along the way. There will be no extreme workouts in Phase 1, and the goal is as little soreness as possible. This is one of the things that really sets Fit Phases apart. The goal of Fit Phases is to build a healthy and strong body, not to destroy you and make you feel defeated or on the verge of quitting in week 1. The workouts are only 25-30 minutes so there is always time to fit them into your busy schedule! We are building a strong foundation and getting ready for the excitement that awaits us in the next Phases!
In Phase 2 (13 Weeks) we take the foundation we built during the first 5 weeks, and gradually increase the intensity of the workouts. The layout of the workouts also starts to change, both to keep the workouts fresh and exciting, while also targeting different energy systems and building muscular and aerobic endurance.
Phase 3 (13 Weeks) is another increase in intensity adding in HIIT workouts, and longer tabata sets. This Phase is the “leaner, stronger, faster” phase. You will already have an amazing base created from the first 2 phases, so we can really ramp up your workouts and break through to your fitness goals. This is also the phase that will help with performance, if you are considering strenuous races (Spartan, obstacle racing, triathlons, etc…)
Phase 4 (5 Weeks) is our most extreme workouts when you really want to challenge yourself, break through plateaus, or lose those last 5 stingy pounds!
While I am happy to be able to provide you with early access to the Fit Phases program, I also have a favor to ask in return. As this program is not public yet, I would like for you to be a part of my test group. I need:
I am looking for about 40 people and we will be starting next week on Dec. 5. - Honest, constructive feedback via email to help me make Fit Phases as easy to follow and effective as possible.
- Help populating the online community before it goes live in January. I ask that you be an active member of the private Facebook group throughout. Not only will this help you succeed in your fitness journey, but it will also allow the group to be thriving when the program goes live
