Exercises performed:
  • Swiss Ball Plank
  • Cable Chop
  • Turkish Get Up
  • V-Sit w/ Spinal Rotation
  • Lat Pull Down
  • Pull Ups
  • Pec Fly
  • Shoulder Press
  • Dead Lift

Warm Ups:
Over Head Squat w/ Dowel Rod
Weighted Back Squat
Weighted Lunge
