Its raining out today, so we are brining the workouts inside. This workout is great for anyone that is indoors with only a small amount of space to work out. Its a total body working, using nothing but body weight and can easily be done in your living room or bedroom. The workout consists of 5 movements and we will do a total of 4 rounds of these 5 movements.
Keys to think about during each movement:
