![]() At 104, Ray Chavez is the oldest surviving Veteran of Pearl Harbor. And today, which marks the 75th Anniversary, Ray Chavez was able to be in Hawaii in person, because he set health goals...and then achieved them. While I am grateful for his service (and all men and women in uniform) in the Armed Forces, I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge his commitment to persevere and achieve his goals, in the hopes it will motivate you to achieve yours. ![]() Three years ago, at the young age of 101 Ray Chavez hired a personal trainer to help him achieve his fitness goals, and provided perfect advice that we should all heed. Advice that he didn't need to speak, because he showed us instead.
At 104, Ray Chavez is still showing us that anything is possible when you put your mind to it, and are willing to work hard. Follow the same 4 steps that Mr. Chavez did, and unlock your potential. Dedicated to Making Healthy Your Habit, Mychael Leave a Reply. |
