This colorful meal not only tastes great, but it is a much healthier option to regular pasta.  Loaded with vegetables and lean protein, Chicken Spaghetti Squash Primavera is perfect for anyone who has any health goals.

Spaghetti squash is a great substitution for any pasta dish. It's a vegetable, so you won't get the excessive carbs or regular pasta dishes, but you still get the taste and texture.  
Serves: 2

What you Need:

1 Small Spaghetti Squash
2Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1/2 C Chopped Veggies:
      Peppers, broccoli, spinach
​1/4 C Marinara Sauce
Chicken Breast
Mozzarella Cheese
